Objective Refresh and modernise my existing small marketing consultancy PowerPoint presentation. The goal is to retain all current content while improving the visual design, consistency, and overall professionalism to present a more modern image. The design must be customisable for new content to be added.
Scope of Work Full visual redesign of the current slide deck using modern, sleek, and minimal design principles. Apply updated branding (colors, typography, imagery, layout style) to ensure a cohesive and polished look. Rebuild layouts to improve readability, hierarchy, and flow. Integrate modern design elements, such as clean icons, updated charts, streamlined layouts, and balanced whitespace. Replace outdated visuals, backgrounds, and graphics with high-quality, contemporary alternatives. Enhance slide consistency across headers, subheaders, spacing, margins, and alignment. Maintain all existing content, text, and key messages — the task focuses on visual and structural enhancement, not rewriting content. Include slide design templates so new slides can be added from blank.
Deliverables Updated PowerPoint presentation (editable PPTX). A consistent visual theme/template based on the redesign (master slides). Any custom graphic elements used (icons, shapes, images).
Design Style Direction Clean, modern, minimalistic design. Professional and corporate, but visually engaging. Strong typography and clear hierarchy. High-quality imagery (if applicable). Sleek color palette aligned with the brand. Balanced use of whitespace: uncluttered and easy to follow.
Additional Notes No content changes needed unless formatting requires minor adjustments. The designer can recommend slide reordering or visual restructuring to improve storyline flow. Ensure the presentation works well both for on-screen presentations and PDF sharing. First draft needed within 5 days of accepting project.
