This project involved preparing a full set of construction drawings for a container-based residential design in San Bernardino, CA. Deliverables included:
Detailed first and second floor plans
Roof and foundation plans
Framing, electrical, mechanical, and accessibility details
Elevations, sections, and 3D views
Compliance with International Building Codes and 2022 California Green Building Standards
The client has now requested modifications to the structural system:
Remove interior stud framing and expose the container wall
Add external reinforcement with welded angle iron cross bars
Apply thick insulation and exterior corrugated metal cladding
Provide a site plan including septic system layout and road access
