Project Scope – Develop WhatsApp chatbot with automated conversational flow – Integration with WhatsApp Business API / Cloud API – Auto-reply logic, keyword detection, quick replies – Broadcast messaging, message templates, multi-agent inbox support – Support multilingual responses (Traditional Chinese + English preferred) – Optional CRM/Google Sheet/eCommerce backend integration – Message analytics, session tracking, fail-safe handling
Requirements – Familiar with WhatsApp Business API automation – Experience with no-code chatbot platforms or custom bot framework – Able to provide past project references or demo – Good communication and timely delivery – Can work on feature updates in phases
Nice To Have – Experience with Twilio, WATI – Knowledge of AI-assisted reply system + training dataset setup – Ability to build scalable logic for customer service & sales funnel
