1. Company Qualification Check
Your task is to determine whether each company listed is a legitimate and relevant provider offering services similar to RAIN Group (reference site: https://www.rainsalestraining.com/).
How to qualify the company Review the company’s website thoroughly. Look for:
- Blue-chip or well-known client logos - Case studies or publications - Clear service descriptions related to sales training, consulting, coaching, B2B training, or similar services
If the company appears legitimate and relevant: - Mark the qualification cell green, as shown in the example rows.
If the company is not relevant, or appears suspicious or unclear: - Leave the cell uncolored and add a short note explaining why (e.g., “No relevant services,” “Website unclear,” “No client evidence”).

2. Confirm Number of Full-Time Employees
Using the following sources, determine the exact or best-estimated number of full-time employees: - Company website - Look for “About Us,” “Team,” “Our People,” or similar pages. - LinkedIn Company Page - Use the “Company size” field - Cross-check with number of employees listed on LinkedIn - Enter the final number in the appropriate column. - Do not overwrite any cells that are already populated.
3. Identify Key Company Officers
For each company, identify the top 1–2 senior officers only: - CEO - President - Owner / Founder - Board Chair (if applicable)
Record the following for each person: - Full name - Job title - Verified email address - Phone number
Email verification: - Ensure emails are correctly formatted and double-checked. - If no email is available, leave the cell blank and note “Not available”.
Phone numbers: - Use the company website, LinkedIn, or reputable directories. - Company main line is acceptable only if no direct line is available.
Important Notes: - Do not change or overwrite existing completed cells. - Ensure all information is accurate and verified. - Follow the structure exactly as shown in the example rows.
