I am looking for a personal accountant to manage and track my individual finances, spending, cash flow, investments, and overall net worth.
This is not a company accounting role — it is strictly for personal finance management.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Monthly Personal Accounting • Track all my personal spending (bank, card, cash). • Categorize expenses and prepare a monthly personal P&L. • Track transfers between my personal accounts and my companies.
3. Document & Financial Organization • Maintain a master file of all contracts, payment schedules, and property documents. • Maintain a master sheet of loans, dividends, or personal obligations. • Prepare summaries or required documents when needed.
4. Reporting
Provide the following every month: • Personal P&L (income vs spending) • Net worth statement • Cash flow summary • Investment performance report • Upcoming payments and reminders
