I am looking for an experienced Unity VR Developer who specializes in building simulation or training-style VR experiences for Meta Quest devices (Quest 2/3/Pro).
This project involves creating an interactive VR simulation environment where users can perform tasks, interact with objects, and follow a guided workflow. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in building optimized VR applications for standalone headsets.
1. Project Requirements VR / Unity Development
Build a full VR environment in Unity
Create realistic interactions (grab, press, push, operate tools/machines, etc.)
Add animations or physics where needed
Create smooth user movement or teleportation
Implement UI elements inside VR (menus, instructions, popups)
Meta Quest Optimization
Strong understanding of Quest SDK
Controller input or hand-tracking setup
Performance optimization for standalone VR
Build, deploy, and test on Meta Quest
Simulation / Training Focus
Step-by-step user tasks
Scenario-based training
Fail/success conditions
Basic logic (if/then, timers, markers, zones)
