After a full system crash and reinstall, the DE-3 accepts “Data Received” but will not execute Start or Set Z-Origin. This requires a controller logic reset using DGSHAPE service tools, not mechanical work.
Time required: 10–20 minutes. Remote access available (AnyDesk/TeamViewer).
