Description: We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Operative that is able to initiate productive Client Experience support. The Sales Operative must display their ability to help promote our innovative holistic health and wellness services, productively guiding clients/Leads through a customer journey sales funnel.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in client outreach, sales calls, email marketing, and lead nurturing—especially in a health and wellness or related lifestyle sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sales calls, outreach, and follow-ups to potential clients
Manage email sequences and nurture leads to convert prospects into clients
Connect and work closely with panel specialist/consultants to ensure clients experience a smooth consistent and nurturing transition at all stages of their journey with NPL.
Execute B2B LinkedIn outreach and engagement campaigns
Register participants and drive conversions for webinars, masterclasses, and other wellness events
Research and identify target clients within the health and wellness niche markets and create efficient sales strategies for a productive customer journey outcome.
Build and maintain client relationships, educating prospects around NPLs services, benefits and unique value
Track performance metrics and contribute to monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, client management, or lead generation (holistic health and wellness experience is a strong advantage)
Ability to craft persuasive messaging and tailor approaches to different client demographics
Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM tools, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach
Self-motivated, adaptive, and able to work independently in a remote team
Minimum commitment: 12 hours per week

Compensation:
Retainer-based: £400 base per month + commission (to be reviewed after a 3 month probationary period).
