We are a new and growing estate agency based in East London and are looking for a creative designer to produce a double-sided A5 “Sold in Your Road” flyer. The flyer will showcase four of our recent property exchanges and must appeal to homeowners in the trendy East London market.
We will provide high-quality images of the four properties and our company logo. Your role is to create a fresh, original, and eye-catching design that feels modern, stylish, and aligned with East London aesthetics. The final flyer should be visually impactful and encourage local homeowners to contact us for a free property valuation.
What we’re looking for:
Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio of contemporary, stylish work
Ability to create a clean yet attention-grabbing layout
Experience designing flyers or marketing materials for property/estate agencies (preferred but not essential)
Creative input on colours, composition, and typography
A design that helps our new brand stand out and motivates potential vendors to get in touch
