Expected duration: Ongoing Currently running an agency in the UK with about 20k monthly turnover and hoping to bring someone in to manage some ads and set up new accounts for us long-term.
We have a number of fairly high budget clients (£10k+ monthly ad spend) but we have these covered for now, though there's scope to bring you onto them in future.
For now, we have several new clients we're onboarding who have fairly low ad budgets (ranging from 500-2000) per month who we don't plan to engage in ongoing management but we'll be doing one-off setups and small monthly check-ins, so I'd like to chat about your availability for this.
Would love to find someone who can be "part of the team" and be able to join the occasional client call with me, but no worries if this is an issue. It's really not important.
From conversations with a few other freelancers, my issues so far have been that people need 1-2 weeks notice to even take a look at some ad campaigns. I'd like a little more flexibility ideally but I don't expect work done at the drop of a hat.
