Expected duration: 3 - 4 weeks A new international K-12 school with British educational standards is being established in São Paulo. We are commissioning a 90-second promotional video to introduce the project to parents, investors, and educational partners.
The video will blend real footage and 3D-generated content, combining filmed material from existing schools in the UK with architectural renderings of the future São Paulo campus, presenting a seamless vision of the project before construction is complete.
The film will be produced in both English and Portuguese for digital and presentation use.
Objectives
Communicate the school’s mission and values through an inspiring, cinematic narrative.
Visually connect the heritage of British education with the innovation of the new São Paulo campus.
Highlight architectural excellence and the modern learning environment.
Use 3D animation to realistically visualise the incomplete campus while maintaining continuity with real footage from London.
Scope of Work
Concept & Storyboard: Develop a clear visual storyline in collaboration with the school’s marketing and design teams.
Filming:
Capture real scenes from selected educational facilities in London (provided access by the client).
Film lifestyle and contextual shots in São Paulo (students, city environment, cultural life).
3D & Visualisation:
Integrate CGI or architectural renderings of the São Paulo campus into the final video.
Match lighting, tone, and atmosphere to blend seamlessly with live-action scenes.
Voice-Over & Head Words:
Script and record short headline lines (“head words”) in English (British accent preferred).
Provide a Portuguese subtitle or alternate voice-over version.
Editing & Post-Production: Deliver polished transitions, colour-grading, sound design, and licensed background music consistent with an international educational brand.
Deliverables
90-second main video (4K, bilingual).
30-second and 15-second teaser versions.
Script and storyboard for approval before filming.
All raw footage, animation files, and project source files.
