We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM implementation specialist to design, configure, and optimize our CRM as the central hub of our Zoho One ecosystem. The ideal freelancer will customize Zoho CRM to align with our business workflows for sales, rentals, and service operations, including custom fields, pipelines, automation rules, and integrations with BigCommerce, QuickBooks Online, and ShipStation.
Responsibilities include:
Importing and cleaning existing customer data
Setting up workflows for lead management, quotes, and follow-up
Ensuring seamless connections with Zoho Desk, Forms, and Campaigns
The goal is a clean, efficient CRM that provides a single source of truth for all customer interactions and automates repetitive processes across departments.
