Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and warm calls to potential clients, creating interest and building rapport. Clearly communicate the value of our products and services to engage prospects. Qualify leads by identifying client needs, budget, and decision-making timelines. Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure all details are accurately logged in the CRM. Provide excellent customer service by handling questions and follow-ups promptly. Work with the marketing team to refine target lists and outreach strategies. Use CRM tools (such as Salesforce or similar) to record interactions and track progress. Follow up with leads to maximize conversions and maintain strong prospect relationships. Participate in regular training sessions to stay sharp on products and sales techniques.
