We are a UK-based education and training company seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to help us optimise and scale our existing campaigns.
Our programs serve a niche education market, and we’ve already achieved success running our own Google Ads campaigns. We are now looking for an expert to maximise lead generation, improve conversion rates, and increase course bookings through data-driven optimisation and ongoing management.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in managing and optimising Google Ads for education, training, or other service-based businesses. Strong understanding of lead generation strategies in the UK market. Expertise in keyword research, audience segmentation, ad copy testing, and performance tracking. Experience with conversion tracking, analytics, and A/B testing. Ability to demonstrate measurable results (ROI improvements, increased leads, reduced CPC, etc.). Excellent communication and transparency in reporting and collaboration. PPH reviews will be a key shortlisting factor. However, we’re also open to other verifiable proof of success, such as performance reports, case studies, testimonials, or screenshots.
Scope of Work:
Conduct a full audit of our existing Google Ads campaigns. Identify key areas for optimisation and improvement. Refine ad targeting, bidding strategy, and creative elements. Set up and manage accurate conversion tracking. Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Additional Requirement:
The selected freelancer will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before accessing campaign data or company information. Confidentiality and data integrity are critical to us.
Ideal Candidate:
Google Ads Certified (preferred). Data-driven, analytical, and results-focused. Experience working with education or niche markets. Reliable, communicative, and proactive in strategy suggestions.
