You’ll act as my on-the-ground representative, greeting prospective buyers, showing them around, and presenting the property in a friendly and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Attend and conduct scheduled property viewings
Highlight key selling points (provided in a briefing pack)
Answer basic questions from prospective buyers
Record and share brief feedback after each visit
Handle access and security responsibly
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and professional demeanour
Reliable and punctual
Experience in property, lettings, or customer-facing roles preferred
