I’m looking for someone reliable to manage ongoing data scraping, data mining, and data collection for my business. The role involves collecting and refreshing data every month for a fixed fee of £30 per month. I previously had someone working on this project but was let down repeatedly — they kept giving me times and promises without delivering. I can’t run my business that way, so I need someone who works on time, communicates clearly, and delivers exactly what’s agreed.
The job is to perform data scraping, data mining, and data collection from the web for independent, in-store retail businesses across the UK. These businesses must have physical premises where customers pay in-store because I sell card machines and payment solutions. I only want small to medium-sized, independently owned businesses that trade from physical premises.
The types of businesses I need data scraping, data mining, and data collection for include convenience stores, corner shops, off licences, newsagents, vape and tobacco shops, greengrocers, fruit and veg shops, bakeries, butchers (including halal), fishmongers, sweet shops, gift shops, card shops, florists, jewellery shops (non-chain), fabric shops, saree shops, religious clothing shops, independent cafés, coffee shops, local restaurants, takeaways, kebab shops, fish and chip shops, dessert shops, juice bars, ice cream parlours, shisha lounges, independent pubs, bars, barbershops, hair salons, nail salons, beauty salons, tattoo and piercing studios, massage or aesthetic parlours, launderettes, dry cleaners, key cutting shops, shoe repair shops, local hardware stores, furniture and homeware shops, carpet and flooring stores, pet shops, car washes, valeting centres, tyre shops, garages, mechanics, and car body or accessory shops.
For each business, I need data scraping and data collection to capture the owner’s name (if available), business name, contact email, phone number, and full address. All data must be accurate, up to date, and verified to ensure the business is still active and trading from a physical location.
I need someone who can deliver consistent, reliable data scraping, data mining, and data collection every month.
