Description: |
I need a clean, fully-layered site plan drawn in AutoCAD that meets our local “Taking in Charge” standard for architectural design approval. You will be working from the digital survey and planning drawings I already have, so no guessing is required—just careful translation and coordination.
Scope of work • Autocad site layout and survey drawings available • Overlay the underground and over-ground utilities layout (water, foul, storm, power, comms) on separate, clearly named layers. • Apply the authority’s symbology, line-weights, north arrow, title block and coordinate grid so the file is submission-ready. • Deliver one master DWG plus a plotted PDF at A1 with legible line-weights.
Key points – Accuracy is critical: coordinates must match the supplied digital survey. – Layer naming should follow the Taking in Charge convention. – Please keep your file structure tidy—no exploded hatches or orphaned Xrefs. – I welcome practical suggestions that improve readability or compliance, but stay within the required standard.
I will provide 1. Current AutoCAD topographical survey (in Irish Grid). 2. Planning pack PDFs showing building layouts. 3. Sample compliant drawing for reference. |
