We’re looking for a WordPress + UX Designer who leads with mobile-first, accessible design to create an intuitive, inclusive, and visually striking user experience. You’ll take our content and sitemap and transform it into a responsive, scalable, and human-centred site that feels alive and effortless to explore.
What You’ll Do
Design and build a mobile-first WordPress website, optimised for accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA or higher)
Create a clear, frictionless UX across membership, programmes, events, and content areas
Integrate dynamic elements: events calendar, articles, podcasts, and learning resources
Develop modular, easy-to-update templates for future flexibility
Ensure inclusive colour contrasts, typography, navigation, and screen reader compatibility
You’ll Have
Strong WordPress + UX/UI portfolio with accessible, responsive builds
Understanding of inclusive design and accessibility best practice - WCAG)
Experience designing community, membership, or content-driven platforms
Ability to start immediately and collaborate efficiently
