Sorted is a DTC brand making modern 100% organic cotton basics (sweats/tees/joggers). We need a Technical Designer to deliver factory-ready tech packs and clear fit notes for knit fleece/jersey styles.
What you’ll do
Build/update tech packs: graded size charts (XS–XXL) with tolerances, BOM (fabric, rib, thread, labels), and sewing specs (ISO stitch codes, SPI, seam allowances).
Run fit sample cycles (remote): measure against spec (POM deltas), record pass/fail by area, annotate photos, and issue next actions to the factory.
Maintain file hygiene (versioning, change log, PDF exports) and post ≤5-bullet recaps after vendor exchanges.
Collaborate with our PM on priorities/timelines.
