I’m looking for an experienced Shopify developer (with an eye for design and clean UX) to help refine my Shopify site for Mel at Home — a food and lifestyle brand.
The work includes product page improvements, blog category indexing (with image grids), SEO setup, and Klaviyo integration.
This is a detail-oriented project that requires both technical precision and a good sense of visual balance.

Scope of Work:
Product Page Improvements 1. Add ‘18-Jar’ option to the main cookie product page (with correct pricing, inventory, and checkout flow). 2. Check that all product options add correctly to cart and display properly at checkout. 3. Add a gift wrap option (checkbox or toggle) and gift message text box. 4. Improve spacing and layout under “Description,” “Details,” and “Shipping & Returns.”
Blog / “Heart & Home” Section 5. Create index pages for each blog category (e.g. Recipes, Entertaining, Home, Stories). 6. Each index page should appear as a grid of postcards (featured image, title, and excerpt) linking to the next layer. 7. For the Recipe category, set up a two-stage navigation structure: • Category index page → grid of image tiles (each representing a recipe) • Each tile → individual recipe/article page. 8. Ensure these pages are visually cohesive, mobile-friendly, and easy to update within Shopify’s CMS.
Footer & Social Media Integration 9. Add Instagram to the social icons on product pages and footer; connect all icons to @melathomeltd. 10. Fix layout and spacing of footer sections (“Shopping Online,” “A Word From Mel,” etc.).
SEO & Klaviyo Setup 11. Implement on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags, basic keyword integration) across main product and blog pages. 12. Set up Klaviyo integration and build essential email flows:
