Responsibilities:

Solve technical or order-related issues (payment, shipping, returns).
Process returns and complaints according to shop policies.
Keep short reports on recurring problems.
Optional: suggest improvements to reduce future issues.
Workload:
Remote, ongoing support
Flexible hours, or fixed shifts (to be agreed)
Requirements:
Experience in customer support, e-commerce, or online shops
German language skills are a priority
English is a plus
Reliable, responsive, and customer-oriented
Payment:
Hourly or fixed rate – negotiable
Test Task (optional):
Respond to a sample customer inquiry in a professional and helpful manner.
Provide a short report of how you would handle the issue.
