Expected duration: 3 - 4 weeks I'm seeking an experienced PA/Virtual Assistant for immediate start to provide temporary cover for approximately 3 weeks (15 hours per week).
Key responsibilities: - General PA and administrative support - Document creation, formatting and editing (reports, presentations, correspondence) - Research tasks and information gathering - Diary management and meeting coordination - Email management and correspondence
Essential requirements: - Expert level MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Highly responsive to emails and requests - same day turnaround expected - Proven reliability and ability to work independently - Strong written communication skills - Experience supporting senior executives/C-suite preferred
Working arrangements: - 15 hours per week (flexible scheduling possible) - Remote working - Start ASAP - Duration: approximately 3 weeks - Must be available during UK business hours
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA/VA who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision. You'll be supporting the CEO of a UK charity during a busy period, so professionalism and discretion are essential.
