Recently I held an award event and would like to have a highlight montage created from the footage.
The video will be used for our social media and website, I’d like it to capture the energy and atmosphere of the event — including key moments such as the award presentations, audience reactions, and general celebration.
I can provide the following materials:
Raw video clips (from multiple cameras and phones)
Event photos
Our event and sponsor logos
Any text, titles, or branding elements you may need
Here’s what I’m hoping to achieve:
A highlight reel approximately [3–5 minutes] long
Smooth transitions, color correction, and professional pacing
Syncing with upbeat or inspirational background music
Inclusion of our logo and a brief intro/outro
Final delivery in HD format suitable for YouTube, Instagram, etc.
Ideally, I’d like to receive a first draft within 2/3 days and the final version after any agreed revisions. Please let me know your estimated turnaround time, how many revisions are included, and any specific file formats or details you need from me before we start.
