Expected duration: 1 - 2 weeks We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to help us create graphics for our social media channels - images that are the correct format for each social media platform - that we will use as templates for our posts.
To do so, we will provide you with a workbook template we have created for inspiration. The graphics that you will create must look similar to the style of the workbook, because we want to stay consistent with our brand visual identity. We will also provide you with the brand colors and font styles to use in these designs.
The social media platforms we use are Facebook, LinkedIn, and Bluesky, and you need to know the required image size for each of them.
To find the right match for this project and long term collaboration, we will ask you to complete a test task, which we will compensate you for.
We are based in Romania, and we would like our applicants to work in our local time zone, ideally they are located in Romania.
The ideal candidate is:
Creative and visually skilled with a strong sense of composition, color theory, and typography, plus the ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into compelling visual forms with high attention to detail Technically proficient in Affinity suite software with knowledge of file formats, technical specifications, and social media image requirements for various post types and ads An effective communicator who actively listens to understand project needs, presents and explains design choices clearly, and has strong English and Romanian writing and grammar skills Collaborative and receptive to feedback, working well with teams of creatives, developers, and stakeholders while maintaining proactive communication and reporting A strategic problem-solver who thinks about how design serves our business objectives and audience needs, not just aesthetics Business-aware with understanding of target audiences, market positioning, the ability to meet deadlines and work within budgets Relationship-focused with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships across the team Needed to apply to the job:
