Description:	Expected duration: More than 6 months We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Technician to deliver exceptional technical assistance and support to customers via phone and email. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting issues related to audiovisual equipment and systems, as well as installing and configuring both hardware and software. Collaboration with fellow IT professionals to resolve intricate problems is essential. Accurate documentation of all technical interactions and solutions is required. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate outstanding communication and customer service skills. A minimum of one year in a helpdesk role is preferred, with experience in audiovisual technology and familiarity with ticketing systems being advantageous. Provide technical assistance and support to customers over the phone or email Troubleshoot technical issues related to audiovisual equipment and systems Install and configure hardware and software Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues Document all technical interactions and resolutions Essential Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Desired Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role Experience with audiovisual technology is a plus Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
