Scope of work • Maintain and update my WhatsApp Business profile so it always reflects the latest campaign information. • Schedule and send pre-approved, curated messages that highlight summarized key points of each policy plank. • Make personal phone calls to voters, walk them through those same key points, and politely encourage them to cast their ballot. • Answer basic voter questions via chat or voice, escalating anything complex back to me.
Acceptance criteria • No spelling or grammatical errors in outgoing content. • All messages remain strictly policy-focused; no comparisons or negative commentary about opponents. • Call and chat logs must be recorded daily in a shared Google Sheet so I can monitor reach and engagement.
