We are looking to engage a developer (or team of developers) to create an app for our charity. The app will allow users to search for nearby facilities and to filter on activities being run at those facilities by times/ dates etc. We have created a rudimentary excel spreadsheet of data showing address and contact details of the facilities as well as the activities they run and timings for them when available. We need the following activities completed: Moving all the data from excel to an agreed database. We can have a conversation on normalising the data to make filtering and sorting easier Setting up an admin site so that we can adjust the data for all facilities without having to manipulate it in the database directly. We should also be able to add/ delete facilities from this site Leaving the option to give access to facility managers to data for their facility only on the same admin site via username and password Creating the app including suggesting UI and design layout and working with us to create something best suited for our needs Integrating google maps API so we can show the facilities on a map view Have an option for a contact us button so users can communicate directly with us.
