I’m looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper or accountant with proven UK bookkeeping experience to fix and complete my bank reconciliations, which have been out of sync since 2019. The bank balance in QuickBooks does not match the actual bank account, so I need someone who can identify where things went wrong, correct any errors or duplications, and bring the reconciliations fully up to date.
Tasks:
Review QuickBooks Online account and identify reconciliation discrepancies from 2019 onwards.
Cross-check transactions against bank statements.
Correct or remove duplicates, missing entries, or miscategorised transactions.
Reconcile all months so that the QuickBooks balance matches the bank.
Provide a short report outlining what was found and how it was resolved.
Information available:
Access to QuickBooks Online.
PDF or CSV copies of bank statements (2019 to present).
Notes about any known adjustments, loans, or historic corrections.
Supporting documents such as invoices or payroll journals if required.
What I’d like from you:
Experience with UK-based bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online reconciliation.
Estimated time to complete the project.
