We are seeking an experienced contractor to design a centralized AI architecture for a CRM platform that supports multiple instances. The system should include a semantic layer to handle company-specific differences in database meaning and field context. The architecture must support both real-time and batch processing, utilize a hybrid communication model (API plus event-based messaging), provide explainable insights, and include full audit logging for governance. Deployment is expected to be cloud-based, and the system should follow a modular design to enable future scalability and expansion.
Deliverables: 1- Architecture Diagram (Text-Based & Layered) Visual representation of four AI layers: Schema & Structure Understanding Human-Centric Insights Execution & Automation Protection & Governance Integration of semantic tags across layers
Data flow between CRM, ERP, external systems, and AI microservices Communication protocols (REST/gRPC, event-driven messaging)
2-AI Framework Design Document Design a flexible framework capable of supporting a wide variety of AI use cases without limiting future possibilities Ensure the framework can incorporate new models, data types, and workflows as the system evolves
3- Governance & Compliance Plan Explainable AI approach Audit logging requirements for semantic tags and automated decisions Data integrity, compliance, and monitoring strategy
4- Deployment & Scalability Plan Cloud-based deployment strategy Multi-tenant support Modular design to enable future AI expansions without redesign
