Expected duration: Ongoing We’re an established insurance brokerage looking for a highly organised and tech-savvy freelancer to help streamline our business processes and introduce smart automation across key areas of our operations.
Your role will involve mapping out and improving workflows, standardising internal processes, and helping us adopt AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) to optimise HR, administrative, and operational tasks. You’ll also help us create standard templates, build a company knowledge base, and support daily admin tasks as we transition toward a more automated setup.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and efficiency. You should have experience in operations management, process documentation, and familiarity with AI or automation tools.
For the right candidate, there is potential for a long-term, permanent role within our operations department.
