Responsibilities - Translate product requirements into clean, accessible UI and interactions - Create and maintain a design system and component library (Figma to code) - Implement responsive, pixel-perfect UI with a focus on performance and accessibility (WCAG) - Integrate front-end with back-end APIs (REST/GraphQL) and authentication flows - Collaborate with UX, product, and back-end engineers; participate in code reviews - Write clean, documented, testable code; maintain and evolve UI patterns - Optimize for performance, SEO where relevant, and cross-browser compatibility - Contribute to architecture decisions, best practices, and process improvements - Document setup, conventions, and run instructions for future contributors
Requirements Must-have - 3+ years in front-end development with strong UI/UX sensibility - Proficiency with React (or Vue) and TypeScript; HTML/CSS/Sass - Experience building design systems, component libraries, and responsive layouts - Familiar with REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication, and state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.) - Knowledge of CI/CD workflows, Git, and modern tooling - Strong portfolio showing SaaS dashboards, data-heavy apps, or consumer-grade UI - Excellent communication skills; comfortable working asynchronously with an international team
Nice-to-have - Backend familiarity (Node.js) or full-stack capability - Experience with Next.js, Remix, or other modern frameworks - Testing experience (Jest, React Testing Library) and performance profiling - Figma-to-code handoff expertise and prototyping skills - Prior agency/consulting experience and client-facing work
Deliverables - Fully implemented UI components and pages per the project scope - Updated design system/documentation in Figma and in code - Accessible, responsive UI across target devices and browsers - Documentation of setup, conventions, and run instructions - Unit/integration tests where applicable
