I've started a new business and have a 'new' Wordpress website: https://www.deskbed.co.uk
I've had my website audited by a Google Ads professional - who has come back with recommendations that should be implemented on the website to help conversion.
I need help implementing these recommendations, and any that you feel that would improve conversion.
The few recommendations that I want to implement are: - Add testimonials and ratings on homepage and product page - Revamp hero section with clearer value, contrasting CTA, and urgency badge - Improve contact and checkout flows with trust signals and streamlines fields
I'm not 100% sure what these all mean. I'll add the full audit and hopefully it will make more sense to you. I do not want to implement all recommendations in the audit though - but the few above I do want to take on board. The website has changed a bit since the audit - so some bits might not make sense. I once had 'Shop' in the content on the homepage, with the available products appearing below. I had taken these out - but now want them back in!
The 'trust signals' mentioned above - these will be three 'badges', that will communicate "made in U.K.", "90 day money back guarantee" and "sustainably sourced timber".
So - you'll need to run your eye over the audit. Add 'Shop' below content currently on the hopepage, with the products appearing below this. Advise on the three recommendations listed above. Rating snippets and testimonials to appear across pages. Look into contact and checkout flows and see if improvements can be made.
