*Objective*
To uplift the website experience and redesign the overall look and feel of the website as part of its digital transformation strategy. The website must reflect the branding, adhere to modern UX/UI standards, incorporate new features, and deliver a responsive, high-performing, and user-friendly experience.
*Target Audiences* • Global: Freight forwarders, couriers, partner airlines, airports, sales agents, regulators (IATA, GACA), media, and B2C users. • Local (Saudi Arabia): Government entities, Vision 2030 stakeholders, exporters, and local media.
*Scope of Work*
Vendors are required to: • Design a new UX/UI for the entire website aligned with the updated branding. • Ensure mobile and tablet responsiveness. • Handle frontend development using Next.js. • Integrate the frontend with the Kentico CMS backend. • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and performance testing. • Maintain staging and production environments during implementation.
*Key Considerations:* • Smooth mobile responsiveness. • Testing and feedback collection before launch. • High performance and visual quality across all devices.
*Submission Requirements* Three separate submissions *only Proposals needed*: - Technical Proposal - Commercial Proposal
*Submission criteria* 1. Experience developing Kentico-based websites. 2. Experience working on Microsoft Azure hosting environments. 3. Ability to meet project timelines. 4. Quality and innovation of past UX/UI design projects.
