Responsibilities:
Call housing associations, councils, estate agents, and property managers
Present our cleaning and clearance services clearly and professionally
Follow up on social media and website leads
Record conversations and update lead tracking sheets
Book site visits or send quote requests to management
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (clear phone manner)
Proven telesales, customer service, or appointment-setting experience
Familiarity with cleaning/property sector (preferred)
Comfortable working independently and meeting targets
