About Us We are an established educational organisation providing courses and training to learners across the UK. We are looking for an organised and reliable Admin Assistant with experience working within the education sector, ideally with timetabling and scheduling responsibilities.
Role Overview You’ll be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, helping to ensure that our course timetables, communications, and records are accurate, efficient, and up to date. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between tutors, students, and course managers.
Key Responsibilities Managing and maintaining course timetables and schedules
Coordinating tutor and student communications
Responding promptly and professionally to emails and enquiries
Maintaining accurate records and updating spreadsheets or databases
Supporting general admin tasks related to course delivery and scheduling
Liaising with staff to resolve any timetable or scheduling issues
Essential Requirements Previous experience in an educational or training environment
Proven experience with timetabling or scheduling
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
Confident using Excel, Google Sheets, and standard office tools
Preferred Skills Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work to deadlines and handle multiple priorities
