We are a rapidly growing international skincare brand seeking an experienced freelance procurement specialist based in South Korea. The role involves sourcing and liaising with OEM/ODM skincare and aesthetic manufacturers, securing quotations, samples, and helping identify reliable production partners.
Responsibilities: Research and evaluate private label skincare manufacturers in South Korea Communicate with suppliers in Korean and English Obtain pricing, MOQ, and production timelines Coordinate sample procurement and logistics Assess certifications, export experience, and manufacturing quality Negotiate terms and maintain organized supplier records
Requirements: Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing (beauty or cosmetics preferred) Knowledge of Korean OEM/ODM skincare industry Strong negotiation and communication skills Highly organized and proactive Fluent in Korean and English
Preferred: Experience sourcing for international brands Familiarity with EU/UK/US cosmetic regulations
