I’m looking for a reliable and creative video editor to work with long-term on my YouTube channel (art / lifestyle / inspiration).
Each video will be around 15 minutes of final length, with about 30–40 minutes of raw footage that I’ll provide (A-roll, B-roll, and voice-over). The language of videos will be in English.
The editing style should feel natural and authentic, but still clean and visually engaging, aestetic — good pacing, smooth transitions, light color grading to make the footage look consistent and appealing, and background music where it fits.
The content focuses on an artist’s creative process, personal struggles, and growth — so storytelling and emotional flow are important.
You’ll need to:
Cut and arrange A-roll and B-roll smoothly Sync with voice-over and background music Do basic color correction/grading Keep the tone cinematic but natural Add intro music and make sure transitions flow naturally Maintain a consistent visual style across videos
I’m just starting my channel from zero and currently don’t have any income from it yet, so my budget per video is limited to about €40 for now. My Youtube Channel name is @ArtbyShaine (no Videos, 0 Abonnements, so it's the start.)
However, I plan to upload one video every two weeks, and I’m really looking for someone who’s interested in a long-term collaboration — growing together as the channel develops.
