Expected duration: 3 - 4 weeks We are looking for a qualified solicitor or experienced UK & EU (Asia)-based legal writer to create and maintain legal policies for three of our projects/websites.
You’ll be responsible for drafting professional, legally compliant documents and updating them as our company grows. We’re seeking someone who’s easy to work with, understands our company policies, and can manage regular updates as needed.
We’d like to continue collaborating with the selected professional through PPH for any future policy updates or revisions, as our websites are newly launching and may require adjustments over time.
Your Responsibilities:
- Draft Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and other required legal documents. - Review existing company documents and align them with current legal standards. - Keep all policies up to date with UK & EU (Asia) compliance laws (GDPR, ICO, etc.). - Be available for revisions and updates when required.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor or legal professional (UK & EU (Asia)-based preferred). - Experience in writing website policies, GDPR documentation, and online business compliance materials. - Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate with our internal team. Detail-oriented and interested in an ongoing professional relationship.
Budget:
£500 – fixed budget for the initial project. We’re open to negotiation based on experience and scope. Future updates will be posted as separate PPH projects for continued collaboration.
