Scope:
Design for multiple window sections and doors Two distinct messaging areas: serviced offices and residential apartments Must align with existing brand guidelines (will be provided to selected designer) Clean, professional aesthetic suitable for commercial property marketing This needs to be really cool and edgy - we need bold, eye-catching visuals and compelling copy that stops people in their tracks.
