UK Prize Competition Growth Manager / Brand Accelerator

We’re seeking an experienced performance marketer with a proven record of scaling UK-based prize competition or gambling-compliant brands. If you have delivered measurable growth and understand how to work within compliance frameworks, this opportunity is for you.
The Role
You will lead the growth strategy for a rapidly expanding UK prize competition brand — overseeing paid acquisition, affiliate partnerships, and conversion optimisation across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience, capable of achieving results efficiently while maintaining full compliance.m
Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute high-ROI paid campaign across Meta, TikTok • Build and manage affiliate and influencer funnels that convert • Optimise conversion journeys and implement retargeting systems • Deliver transparent reporting on key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) • Guide on creative direction that meets platform and compliance standards
Requirements • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing campaigns in gambling, raffles, or sweepstakes • Demonstrable growth results with verified data or case studies • Strong knowledge of UK gambling compliance and ad policies • Analytical, proactive, and outcome-focused mindset • UK-based or experienced with UK-targeted campaigns
