-> Handle phone calls in English -> Reply to emails & chats -> Book our customers with our partners and solve potential customer issues.
Requirements:
==> Proven past experience in Customer service ==> Perfect level of english, written & spoken ==> Ability to handle calls, emails and chats ==> Work in different 9 hours shifts, 6 days a week
We pay USD16 per day of work. If you are not OK with that rate, please do not apply. This is a long term contract.
