I’m looking for a developer/designer to build a minimalist web app - a distraction-free writing environment for creators (novel writers, screenwriters, poets etc.).
Users should be able to: • Sign up and log in • Create minimalist “Rooms” (writing projects), which will include: - Text box in middle with option to adjust format style (script, novel, poem etc.) - Embedded Spotify player - Background based on image, colour, or an integrated montage from a Pinterest board - Toggle option for a "Focus Mode" which dims surrounding so individual can write distraction-free • Each rooms settings will be auto-saved or saved (writing, playlist, background) • View and delete their Rooms from a simple dashboard
The overall aesthetic should be modern, calm, and minimalist. No need for heavy dashboards, this is as distraction free as possible.
I’m open to it being built in a no-code platform (Bubble, WeWeb, Softr, Glide, etc.) or whatever you suggest. I would like to be able to update/edit it myself (with some experience but not lots).
Deliverables: • Fully functional web app hosted and working under my account • Responsive design • Clear instructions or short Loom walkthrough showing how to edit or update it later
