This project is focused on digital marketing and sales calls to warm leads across two businesses:
1. Wilks Properties Ltd We provide commercial and residential maintenance services. I’ve recently set up our social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter) and now want to build our marketing presence. The goal is to get the Wilks Properties name and services in front of local property management companies in London.
I suggest starting with one hour per day dedicated to contacting property management companies, estate agents, and even the local authority.
Our services include:
Full property maintenance
Waste clearance
Cleaning contracts
House clearances and removals
2. Snagging Survey Services This business focuses on providing post-completion snagging inspection reports for new builds and for buyers completing property purchases. A website is nearly finished, and I receive warm leads daily from a portal. These leads need to be contacted immediately when the email arrives in order to secure bookings.
A booking diary will need to be managed, as I can carry out a maximum of two reports per day.
