We’re looking for a driven sales professional who can: • Reach out to potential clients (contractors, architects, developers, homeowners with projects) • Set appointments and present our services • Confidently close deals for our packages (from £350 take-offs to £10k+ retainers) • Upsell extras (revisions, BOQs, feasibility studies, contract support)
What we offer clients (easy to sell): • Measurement + Take-Offs (from £350) • Bill of Quantities (from £700) • Contract Advice & Change Orders (from £500) • Feasibility / Cost Planning (from £1,000) • Full QS Retainers (from £3,000+)
What we’re looking for in you: • Proven sales experience (B2B or professional services) • Confidence in appointment setting and closing • Ability to work independently and deliver results fast • Background in construction/property sales (preferred, not required)
