We need an experienced Softr developer to build an MVP app for our recruitment business. The app is partly built but requires redevelopment to improve structure and add AI features.
Scope: ● Platform: Softr with Softr DB as the backend ● User accounts: each user must have their own login, with active session management ● Role creation: users must be able to create a new Role (job vacancy) by entering structured inputs such as job description, client information, project details, salary, and clearance requirements ● Recruiter tools: inside each Role, users should be able to access a set of tools (job advert writer, LinkedIn or social posting plan, screening question builder, job cheat sheet, CV checker) ● Tools must be reusable within a Role (user can mark as used but still available again) ● AI integration: prompts must be hidden in the background. The app should call an external LLM API (e.g. OpenAI) and return outputs to the user ● Users must be able to request changes to outputs (for example shorter, more formal) and see the revised result ● Usage limits: basic usage counters should be in place to track number of Roles created and AI generations per user each month
Deliverables: ● A working Softr app connected to Softr DB ● Integration with an LLM API via Make or other suitable method ● Functionality to track usage and enforce limits ● Admin view to monitor usage ● Clear handover documentation
Notes: ● This is for an MVP build, so it should be functional and simple rather than over-engineered ● We will provide recruiter workflow logic and prompt text ● Developer must have proven Softr and API integration experience
