We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our agency team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and expand our client base. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

The Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to win new clients every month by:
Proactively applying to relevant opportunities (Upwork, LinkedIn, RFP portals).
Sourcing and qualifying prospects in Real Estate, SaaS, IT/Tech, and Finance.
Running outbound campaigns that book discovery calls and convert deals.
What You’ll Do
Pipeline Ownership: Build and manage a qualified pipeline across target verticals (Real Estate, SaaS, IT/Tech, Finance) in priority markets (UK, North America, APAC, Middle East).
Sourcing & Outreach:
Daily outreach via LinkedIn, email, and curated job boards/marketplaces
Apply to brief-based openings with tailored proposals.
Discovery & Proposals: Run needs analyses, shape solutions with our service leads, craft proposals/SOWs, and negotiate terms.
Account Handover: Close/warm-close and coordinate smooth onboarding with Delivery/CS.

Digital Marketing & Content Marketing (SEO content, blogs, thought leadership, lead magnets)
Social Media Marketing (strategy, calendars, creative, paid social)
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation (flows, campaigns, list growth)
Sales & Lead Generation (B2B outbound, list building, appointment setting, funnel assets)
Success Looks Like (KPIs)
Monthly:
40–60 new, verified prospects added to pipeline
20–30 intro messages sent/day with consistent follow-ups
12–16 SQL meetings booked
3–5 new paying clients (mix of retainers and projects)
You’ll Thrive If You Have
3–6 years in agency BD / growth selling digital marketing or MarTech services.
Proven wins in Real Estate and at least one of SaaS / IT / Finance.
Strong proposal writing & consultative selling skills (ROI, case studies, unit economics).
Excellent English; extra points for UK/US market experience.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI-assisted prospecting, lead-gen workflows, or marketing automation.
Existing network of decision-makers (CMO, Head of Growth, Founders) in target verticals.
