Sending out deals to people Putting in place NDAs Checking share subscription and order forms KYC Accounts Specifically related to property renovations/lettings/management etc. Advertising for commercial tenants in conjunction with local agencies. Follow up of planning and building regulations. Contacting contractors for quotes
Must be UK based and native British English speaker. Experience in working with property investors/developers.
