I need my work document converted into a fillable PDF. I’ve included a sample of my Word document below—please note that I’m still working on it, but this should give you an idea of the format. It’s important that the PDF works properly in Preview as well as other PDF readers. I’d also like the text boxes to be expandable so that if a client enters longer text, it will fit without being cut off.
