We’re now looking for a skilled **Digital Designer** to join our small, ambitious team and bring that same standard of quality to our growing portfolio of projects.
We have a LIVE project which currently requires a Figma design, but we are looking for a designer who we can work with on-going on a very regular basis for all our projects.

### **What You’ll Do**
* **Design beautiful, user-focused websites** in **Figma**, tailored to high-end markets and aligned with client brand identities. * **Collaborate closely with our creative director, developers, and project managers** to ensure pixel-perfect handover and technical feasibility. * Interpret **client briefs, moodboards, and brand guidelines** into visually compelling and conversion-focused web designs. * Build **clean, organised Figma files** that are easy to work from and hand off. * Apply **responsive design principles** to ensure your layouts work elegantly across devices. * Participate in internal and client feedback sessions, iterating on designs with a thoughtful, constructive approach.

### **What You’ll Need**
* **Expert-level Figma skills** — this is a must. You know how to structure files, components, auto-layout, variants, and responsive frames inside and out. * A portfolio that showcases **refined, high-end digital design** work — we’re looking for taste, not templates. * A strong understanding of **UX principles**, accessibility, and web best practices. * Ability to **interpret and elevate** brand assets into premium digital experiences. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. * Experience designing for **WordPress** or Elementor is a plus (but not essential).
