The Role: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
Qualify interest and arrange appointments assessments in our sites.
Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in our CRM.
Represent the business with professionalism and clarity at all times.

Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to handle objections and maintain resilience.
Experience in telesales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred.
